Zoe Saldana's parents, Asalia as well as Aridio Saldana were born on 19 June 1978 in Passaic New Jersey. Both her parents have both been Puerto Ricans. Her mother is Puerto Rican as is her father, Dominican. The family she was raised with moved from Queens, New York in the Dominican Republic when she was 10-years-old; they stayed there for seven years.
