Anya Taylor-Joy

The birth of Anya Taylor-Joy took place 16 April 1997 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker, and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. His father was Argentine and Scottish English heritage. Her mother is Spanish and has English roots. The four siblings of Taylor-Joy are from her father's former marriage. Family resided in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, then moved to Victoria district in London. According to Taylor-Joy, the relocation was difficult and she refused to master English to the hope of returning to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she had to attend after switching from Northlands. Then she enrolled in Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in shows. After she turned sixteen, Taylor-Joy resigned from the school to focus her full-time acting career. Taylor-Joy had always wanted to be an actor. At the age of 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the possibility to become a model.
